Members of the project team Zhanar Medeubaeva and Raikhan Tashtemkhanova took part in the conference “30-year-old frontier of Europe. End of the Cold War (New Challenges and Prospects for the Coexistence of Ethnic Groups)”

On November 9  members of the project team Zhanar Medeubaeva and Raikhan Tashtemkhanova took part in the conference “30-year-old frontier of Europe. End of the Cold War (New Challenges and Prospects for the Coexistence of Ethnic Groups) ”, organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Kazakhstan on the basis of the Kazakh  Humanitarian and  Juridical University named after M. Narikbaev.

During the conference, Frank Priss, Deputy Head of the Department of European and International Cooperation of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin,  Dr. Tilo Klinner, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Hartmut Koshik, former Secretary of State of the Federal Ministry of Finance of Germany shared their memories and opinions about the fall of the Berlin Wall, its significance for the whole world and the further course of history.
