On December 10-11, 2020, the final classes of the first half of the 2020-2021 academic year were held on the discipline “Integration processes in Eastern and Western Europe” as part of the project “Jean Monnet Chair. European diplomacy ”. In the classroom, the results were summed up, conclusions were drawn on the content of the discipline. Also debates on the future development of Europe were organized.
Students of the group of the specialty “Regional studies” (the group with the Kazakh language) showed great interest in the topic of the debate and during the training session showed a meaningful presentation in which they gave convincing arguments confirming their position in the mainstream of the problem under discussion. In the class the issues of the strategy of the European Union in Central Asia, cooperation between the EU and the Republic of Kazakhstan were comprehensively considered. From December 14, 2020 the sessional period began at the university. The project team “Jean Monnet Chair. European Diplomacy” wishes all students a successful session!
